On December 5, 2019, generosity was flowing at the Nancy Kowalik Real Estate Group VIP Client Party. Nancy Kowalik and her Nancy Kowalik Real Estate Group Team did it again!
It’s no wonder why Kowalik received the 2019 Outstanding Philanthropist Award, she is truly a philanthropic inspiration. The VIP Client Holiday Party was the venue for a fantastic good time and fabulous acts of generosity.
The Office Was Set Up For A Superb Party
In true Nancy Kowalik style, the VIP Client Holiday Party was filled with love, laughter, great food and great wine!
The office was decorated in the spirit of the occasion, inside and outside, and it shined!
There was food and drink at every turn:

The Barn Looked Incredible Too!
The barn is a perfect setting for photography and was decorated beautifully. K Artocin Photography set up her mobile studio for holiday portraits.
The Guests Arrived and the Party Was ON!
The guests enjoyed mingling with each other, seeing old friends and making new ones.
They enjoyed the food, drink, and entertainment immensely!
Generosity Abounds for Acenda at Nancy Kowalik Real Estate Group
Nancy Kowalik and the team at Nancy Kowalik Real Estate Group are always looking to help make the community better. They have chosen Acenda Integrated Health (formerly Robins’ Nest Inc.,) as their designated non-profit organization.
Acenda is a nonprofit organization dedicated to industry-leading prevention, treatment and wellness services compassionately delivered to ensure that every individual, family and community achieves their greatest potential. Acenda is at the forefront of community-based services, providing over 100 health and social service programs at 56 locations throughout a 10-county region in New Jersey.
Acenda’s health and social service programs throughout New Jersey, transfom the lives of children, teens, adults, families, and the community at large. Caring and nurturing professionals help individuals and families take their first step toward a brighter future.
Acenda staff provide essential mental health, substance abuse treatment, wraparound recovery services, telepsychiatry, crisis services, parenting support, family-focused therapy, and residential programming to improve the overall well-being of the clients and families living in our communities.
A small portion of funds from every transaction settled by Nancy Kowalik Real Esate Group is set aside for Acenda. Those small portions add up to one big check at the end of the year!
Last year the team was able to donate $13,000 to Robins Nest. This year that number was almost doubled!
Nancy presented Cassandra Boyce, a representative of Acenda Integrated Health, a check for $25,000. Several guests at the party were so moved by Nancy’s emotional speech, they stepped up to add more. The band duet, Scott and Dennis, donated their fee for the evening to Acenda.
The final number is close to $26,000!
So when we say that working with Nancy Kowalik Real Estate Group Helps the Community, it truly does.
A Very Successful Toy Drive For Acenda!
Each year the office is a Toy Drive Collection Center. This year, the generosity from our clients and friends was amazing!
We understand that there are families out there who struggle to have the basic necessities they need, so Christmas can be a very disappointing Holiday for the young children of those families. The contributions from our clients, friends and staff members, allow for those young children to have a special Holiday, with gifts that they can enjoy.
At the end of the evening, the three boxes were overflowing with toys for Acenda. The generosity in our Nancy Kowalik Real Estate Group is truly priceless!
