Q&A with Mason Geer, Realtor Associate
Q: Professional Insights:
A: The Sales Associates in our office are responsible for working with lifetime clients and potential clients. This includes (but is not limited too) discussing their needs, providing information, and helping navigate the market. I have the best team and tools (the office staff / fellow associates), which allows me to be confident in tending to our clients’ needs and micromanage any irregularities that get thrown our way.
The thing I like most about this position is meeting somebody for the first time, understanding their goals and needs, and applying our systems and processes to ensure they are on the right path. On top of helping others learn and grow, I really enjoy fighting for my people and their best interests. At the end of the day, It is my duty to ensure you have the best tools and experience possible, which is why I have joined the Nancy Kowalik Team.
