A: (Tell us about your position at NKREG and what you like most about your position)): I am here to help my clients buy or sell their home for the best price with the least amount of hassle.

A: Positive, Reliable, Outgoing.

A: Family, Being outdoors, The Holidays.

A: South Jersey Real Estate: “Dustyn Petyan, Giving clients renewed confidence in their agent.”
Q: Fairly useless but unique skill or trick?
A: I taught myself how to sail. Can’t say that has been needed yet lol
Q: Most interesting and fairly useless fact you’ve heard about anything?
A: A recent survey shows that only 5% of Americans hunt, which is half of what it was 50 years ago.
Q: Goofy and guilty pleasure of yours?
A:Â Chocolate, and I mean anything chocolate.
Q: Favorite quote? Why?
A: Do one thing everyday that scares you. I believe too many people hold themself back because of fear. You never know what you can achieve without trying something new that scares you.
Q: Favorite food? Why?
A: Smoked Brisket It takes time to make it right, it’s not something that can be rushed and the reward of putting in the time is worth it.
Q: Favorite book? Why?
A: Can’t hurt me by David Goggins This story teaches you to push yourself to the absolute max. That no matter how hard the task may be you can work hard to achieve it.
Q: Favorite movie? Why?
A: The Pursuit of Happyness. It’s a deep touching story of overcoming hardship in life to achieve your highest potential.
Q: Future aspiration?
A: I want to build my real estate career to achieve complete financial freedom.
