When the NY Giants win. (It hasn’t happened too often lately.)

A:   GQ: “Look at me Now!”

Q: Fairly useless but unique skill or trick?

A: I can spin a basketball on the tip of my finger for about 5 minutes.

 

Q: Goofy or guilty pleasure of yours?

A: Butter pecan ice cream. I can eat a half gallon in one sitting and I microwave it first.

A: To get back into investment properties, and to teach my son how to do so, so he can learn to be self sufficient.
