Q&A with Megan “It’s done” Mckeever
A: I am Nancy Kowalik Real Estate Groups executive assistant. I am basically the right-hand girl for our team and our clients. They can come to me for anything they may need. You have questions about documents or a listing, call me! You need something scheduled, call me! You just need a hug and a smile; I am your girl! I am always happy to help and if I do not have the answer to what you need, I will find it for you.
I love a lot of different things about my job (including the team I work with), but what I love most is being able to make that personal connection with our clients.
Q: 3 Words that describe you:
A: Always smiling (that’s 2!) Outgoing. Caring.
Q: Things that make you smile:
A: Spending time with Family, Friends, and my Fiance. My Kitties (Crescent & Arlo). Music. Traveling. Wine.
Q: If you could be on the cover of any magazine, which one and what would the headline read?
A: The Rolling Stones: The girl who truly believes she was born in the wrong era!
Q: Fairly useless but unique skill or trick?
A: I can poi. If you do not know what that is, look it up! It is actually very fun & interesting to watch.
Q: Most interesting and fairly useless fact you’ve heard about anything?
A: Playing dance music can help ward off mosquitoes due to the low and high frequencies
Q: Goofy or Guilty Pleasure of Yours?
A: I have a weird obsession with pickles and peanut butter. Do not knock it until you try it!
Q: Favorite quote? Why?
A: I am constantly reminding people to “go with the flow”. It is hard for some individuals to let loose and stop feeling like they need to have control of every situation. Sometimes accepting what is and relaxing a little is exactly what you need to get through an obstacle.
Q: Future Aspirations?
A: I would love to be able to travel more. If you know my fiance and I, you know we travel a lot around the US, but we have a goal to do more international traveling.
Q: Favorite food? Why?
A: NACHOS for sure! You can have them so many different ways and they are delicious every time.
Q: Favorite book?
A: This is VERY difficult for me as I am a huge reader. Right now, I would say it would be “To love and Let Go” by Rachael Brathen. It is a memoir, but it had me in happy tears by the end. I love a great book that can pull emotion out of you as the reader.
Q: Favorite movie? Why?
A: Honestly, anything with Paul Rudd in it. Have you ever seen a movie you didn’t like starring Paul Rudd? Me either!!
